Engine Bay splash sheild HQ

Ok let's take a look at the splash shieds on a HQ. If you thought they are all the same to WB you would be incorrect.

1. While the general shape is the same, its mounting technique is different. Staples and trim clips do the mounting.
2. The splash shields have not been removed, they are pliable and not ripped. This is one more great indicator of a low mile car. For those with an eye for detail, notice the upper control arm rubber that is in shot. Also the starter motor lead retainer.
